A tough slam-dunk.
The effect of it deconstructs structural rigor. 'Late Bloomer' is a project full of depth with some overrated sparks, probably the most symbolic experience in Rotterdam since a long time. Though the flick is a very fascinating movie, I can't say it is exuberant.
