I had high expectations because Kim Ki-Duk is one of my favourite directors but it does not result in a pleasant experience. The flick is a study of effects. The movie fails to meet it's intention in the end, perhaps Kim Ki-Duk manages to turn it into something inspirational. Not very engaging, never the less 'Samaritan Girl' is a tableau of sparks.
